GAME REFEREE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
Due to limited space availabity, we will be considering mainly historical miniature games. Unlike other years, this year all miniatures games must be approved by the Millenniumcon Game Director. The games will be assigned particular sessions and once a session is filled, no more games will be registered for that session. After referee registration, the Millenniumcon Game Director will contact you as to whether the game will be given a session. If accepted for entry into Millenniumcon and your original chosen session is already filled, you will be given a choice of other sessions by the Millenniumcon Game Director based on need and space. Based on seesion availability, there should not be much of a problem with getting the game and session you choose.
Referees for a single game are given discounted registration fees:
Free for Friday or Sunday if you run a single game on Friday and Sunday
$10 for Saturday if you run a single game on Saturday
$12.50 for a 3-day convention pass
If you referee two or more games:
Free 3-day convention pass
How to Register
Please complete the pop-up registration form . You must fill in all information with the exception of comments. Any you have any questions or are having any difficulties in registering a game, please feel free to contact the Game Host Director.
Description Field
Be as specific as possible in the Description field. The more complete the description (including the scale of the figures for a miniatures game), the more likely you will get participants who really want to play your game.
A brief mention of objectives is usually in order so that players can see what sort of game it is. The program limits the description to 6 lines (480 characters). If you exceed this limit, you will get an error message and it will not register your game.
Sessions
The duration of each event is four hours (one session).
FR = Friday Evening) (8:00 - 12:00)
SM = Saturday Morning (9:00 - 1:00)
SA = Saturday Afternoon (2:00 - 6:00)
SE = Saturday Evening (7:00 - 11:00)
SU = Sunday Morning (9:00 - 1:00)
Experience
There are various experience levels that may be requested. Unless absolutely necessary, use NONE.
Genre
Please choose a as closely as possible either a historial period or type of game yours would fall under. If the list has nothing close, please choice "other" and in the comment section leave what type it should be. We will add those to the list at a later date.
Time Slots
The time slots (sessions) are for when you wish to schedule a single game. There are up to five time slots available on the form if you wish to offer a particular game more than once.
Simply check the time slot(s) you wish and unless there is a space issue, you will be given those slots. In other words, if you only wish to run the game during just one session, only check the one session you want to run it in... do not check any other time slots... leave them unchecked.
If there is a time slot problem, we will get back to you immediately for alternate slot(s) of your choosing.
For single games that require more than 4 hours, indicate the additional time needed in the comment section.
If you wish to continue a single game over multiple sessions that are not continuous, please indicate this in the comment section.
Table Size
Our standard table is 6' x 4'. Larger sizes may be requested if needed.
LSHM Challenge Games
All LSHM Chapter Challenge games must have at least one session during a Saturday time slot.

Please leave a valid name and email address so that we can contact you with any additional questions and we will notify you so that you can check your listings after being added to the website.
