Millennium has grown every year and this year will feature a wide range of events from board games to role-playing to historical miniatures. Again, Millennium Con will have over 15,000 square feet of gaming and vending space available.

The primary goal of Millennium is the promotion of the gaming hobby and, as I am sure you are also interested in that goal. We would like to ask your help in supporting this effort. We, the Millennium organizers, would like you to consider being either a Corporate Sponsor, which includes a number of benefits for your company, or a Millennium Supporter, by taking out ad space in our program, at our event this year.

There are three levels of sponsorship: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Benefits for each level are outlined below.

Gold Sponsor $500

Receive a full-page ad, your company logo denoting sponsorship on the front cover of the convention program, three free 2’ x 6’ tables or rack spaces in the Dealer’s area, and a dedicated banner announcing your company as the chief sponsor of Millennium X.

Silver Sponsor $275

Receive a full-page ad, your company logo denoting sponsorship on the front cover of the convention program, and two free 2’ x 6’ tables or rack spaces in the Dealer’s Area.

Bronze Sponsor $150

Receive a full-page ad, your company logo denoting sponsorship on the front cover of the convention program, and one free 2’ x 6’ table or rack space in the Dealer’s Area.

Below is the list of program advertising space options available for the Millennium X program guide, which measures 7” x 8.5’. Cost for ad space is listed for each size ad. Millennium can also custom design your ad space for an additional fee of 10% of the ad space size requested.

In addition to becoming a Corporate Sponsor or a Millennium Supporter, we welcome any contributions, in the form of either a selection of your products that you would like to showcase, or a gift certificate redeemable with your organization for an amount set by you, as game and tournament prizes in order to spotlight your company’s excellent products. Of course, we also welcome any product advertising or giveaways that you would like to provide for registration entrant packets.

We have table space available in the Dealer’s Area, the tables and rack space are 2’ x 6’ and run $40 each. We would like to firm up the requests for tables and space to ensure that all dealers interested are accommodated. The space available has been increased by 25% over last year. The space still provides a secured area for dealer products when the area is closed. Please get back to us soon, so you will not be disappointed.
